Cathi is a longtime Coloradoan and retired chef and restauranteur. Food preparation is still her life’s passion, so she enjoys planning and helping in St. Luke’s kitchen for shared meals. Fellowship and worship are what she loves most about our parish community. Cathi and her husband Paul have two furry girls that truly rule their lives with endless walks and snuggles. A Trekkie since the 1960s, she is currently reading Patrick Stewart’s autobiography “Make It So,” and never passes up a Star Trek rerun. She grew up reading Robert Heinlein’s science fiction novels, so it’s not surprising she still looks to the stars for entertainment.
