Rev. Sandy Blake retired as Assisting Priest to St. Luke’s in 2015 after serving at St. Stephen’s/ Aurora, St. Timothy/Centennial, St. Elizabeth’s/Brighton, the High Plains Executive Community and a 17-year Colorado Prison ministry. Her responsibilities at St. Luke’s have included worship and faith forma­tion, including Zoom hosting, design and facilitation of the weekly Lectio Divina, Zoom host­ing and co-facilitating the Interfaith Study, and co-design and facilitation of Advent, Lenten and other retreats. Sandy was ordained in 2005 after a 22-year career in management at Rocky Mountain PBS. She and her late husband, longtime Denver journalist Peter Blake, have two sons and blessed daughters-in-law in Texas, and three grandchildren.
